In the 1930's, the English brought their famous tailoring techniques to Shanghai, China. The local Shanghainese quickly mastered the techniques and soon began producing better quality products than their English teachers. How can I pay for my order? What is PayPal? (Top)
OWNLY accepts all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Card) and debit cards. Safeguarding your financial and personal information is our top priority and the primary reason we have partnered with PayPal for online payment processing.
PayPal is the global leader in online payment solutions and allows customers to easily pay over the internet without having to share financial information. You do not need to open a special account, you can simply pay and know your details are protected.
To help safeguard against identity theft, every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction. The charge on your statement will appear as "OWNLYLIMITED".


What is the credit card CVV Number? (Top)
CARD VERIFICATION VALUE CODE (CVV)

CVV is an authentication procedure established by credit card companies to further efforts towards reducing fraud for internet transactions. It requires a card holder to enter the CVV number in at transaction time to verify that the card is on hand.

Mastercard/Visa: This number is printed in the signature area of the back of the card. (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card).

American Express: You can find your four-digit card verification number on the front of your AMEX credit card above the credit card number on either the right or the left side of your credit card.


Can I make changes to my order? (Top)
You can send changes to contactus@ownlyshirts.com. We can only guarantee changes if your order has not been processed by our tailors. Usually, orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.


How do I re-order? (Top)
Once your first order has been placed with OWNLY, we keep your previous orders online in your "My Account Folder". You will receive login details which include your self-selected log-in identification and password to access your past orders.

At this moment, we do not keep your personal measurements online. We only keep your personal information online for quick and effective check-out. This information is secured and OWNLY will neither sell nor share this information. Also, OWNLY will only access your account details in case you forget your personal id or password to access your file.

If you want to re-order the same shirts or access your previous order/measurements to edit/add a new shirt, you can either go through the normal ordering process or you can take the following short cut:

1. Log in using your identification and password
2. Click on "My account" located on the left hand side navigation bar, below the log-in boxes.
3. Within My account, click on "View Orders I have made" - this is the 3rd box down.
4. Within this window, select the desired previous order and click on "Copy or edit order".
5. Fill out your new order - you can modify the fabric, style and number to suit your desire.
6. When you are finished, add the new order to your shopping cart.


Copy shirt order prior to check-out? (Top)
To save time, if you want to order multiple shirts during a single visit, you can use the following short cut:

1. Once your shirt order has been completed and placed in your shopping cart, click on the "Copy" button at the bottom of the order window.
2. A copy of your shirt order will then be made.
3. You can edit this new order - to change the fabric and the style as well as the number of shirts of this type you want to order.
4. Repeat step 1 through 4 to order further shirt styles and fabrics.
When you are done, proceed to check-out to complete your order.


What if I forget my personal id and/or password? (Top)
If you no longer remember your id and/or password, please send us an e-mail at contactus@ownlyshirts.com. We will get back to you at the e-mail address you provide within 24 hours with your access details.


What if there is a fabric or style that is not available on www.ownlyshirts.com? (Top)
You can email contactus@ownlyshirts.com and send through photos/description of what you are looking for and we will do our best to deliver.


What is your policy on returns? (Top)
We are confident you will be happy with your shirt order. However, if you feel your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us for a full refund. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your purchase. To return, please include full name, invoice number, and the reason for returning your order. Please also include a note indicating your preference for full refund, exchange or "store" credit with OWNLY.

Shipping/Taxes/Tariffs? (Top)
Once your order is submitted, your shirts will be delivered within 4-5 weeks. We work with local Hong Kong couriers and Hong Kong SpeedPost, the international courier service from Hong Kong Post, to ensure delivery is on time and to the address you specify. All shipping, taxes, and tariffs are included. OWNLY strives to include everything in the pricing so you don't have to pay additional charges to the flat rates stated online. This is the case for all shipments to specific addresses in the USA or Europe.


Do you ship to my country? Anywhere in the world? (Top)
OWNLY can ship anywhere in the world. However, please note, outside North America/Europe, there might be additional shipping charges/tariffs/taxes required. We will let you know in advance of completing the order to ensure your approval to further process.


Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses? APO (Army Post Office) addresses? (Top)
Yes. However, for P.O. Boxes and APO addresses, there will be an additional fee and shipping times can take longer. We will let you know in advance of completed order to ensure your approval to further process.

How do I take care of my shirts? (Top)
OWNLY's shirts should be laundered professionally by a trusted dry cleaner. Avoid laundering in water above 80 degrees Fahrenheit (30 degrees Celsius) as this may cause shrinkage and damage the collars and cuffs.


Do you also have suits, sport coats, and other custom pieces? (Top)
Yes! We have an incredible selection of Italian fabrics ranging from 120-220 thread count. For these items, we work with our local design specialists as trained knowledge is required.
